Accreditations

In order for Q.S.C.I to offer statutory and certification services we maintain approval / accreditation by the following internationally recognised bodies. The accreditation is only given to companies who meet the bodies rigorous requirements covering such areas as; independence & impartiality, technical competence, robust management systems and procedures, specific levels of insurance over etc. The initial accreditation is based on audit and assessment and is usually continually assessed with follow-up audits both in the office and on site during field activities.

DOSH Malaysian Department of Occupational Safety & Health
Q.S.C.I is recognized by DOSH as a certification Body under Schedule IV of the FMD act and has been gazetted under number PU (A) 216/2005.

 
Central Boiler Board IBR
The Central Boilers Board, constituted under Section 27A of the Indian Boilers Act 1923 ( 5 of 1923) is responsible for making regulations for lying down the standards for materials, design, construction as well as for registration and inspection of boilers. The Board comprises of the representatives of the Central and State Governments, Union Territories, Bureau of Indian Standards, Coal Industry, Boiler Manufacturing Industry, Boiler Ancillaries Industry, Steel Manufacturers, users of Boilers and other interests connected with the Boiler Industry.

 
ISO 9001, 18001 & 14001 Integrated Managmnet System
The Q.S.C.I Group operates a fully Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 18001 for Health and safety and 14001 for Environmental Management. The system is certified by Global certification.

 
RvA Dutch Council for Accreditation
Q.S.C.I Quality Managment Intl is accredited by RvA to carry out certification of quality management systems to ISO9000:2000. The Dutch council for accreditation (RvA) was established to supervise and monitor organisations in the public and private sector which judge the quality of products, professional competence, quality systems, work processes, tests and measuring instruments

 
MOM Ministry of Manpower Singapore
Q.S.C.I is accredited by the MOM for the Design review, fabrication surveys, and certification of pressure systems during construction.

 
UKAS United Kingdom Accreditation Service
The United Kingdom Accreditation Service is the sole national accreditation body recognised by government to assess, against Internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.

 
Chief Controller Of Explosives India
Q.S.C.I is accredited as an inspector and competent person for Periodic inspection testing & certification of pressure vessels under rule 19 and for Issue of safety certificate for installation of pressure vessels under rule 33.

 
UK department of Trade and Industry
Q.S.C.I is approved by the BIS Department for Business Innovation and Stills (UK DTI department of Trade and Industry) as a statutory inspection authority.

 
IBMRE
Q.S.C.I has an associate agreement with IBMRE for the provision of ASME authorised Inspection services.

 
European Commission
Q.S.C.I is approved by the European Commission for the certification of various pressure systems including equipment covered under the PED Pressure Equipment Directive.

Russian GOST Export
Q.S.C.I is accredited to issue Russian GOST Export and Technical passports.

 
Ministry of Labour
Q.S.C.I has been recognised as and approved Inspection Body by the Ministry of Labour in New Zealand. The approval under the health and safety regulations covers Inspection and certification of Pressure Equipment, Cranes, and passenger ropeways.

 
Russian and Kazakh Licence
Q.S.C.I is authorized by the Russian and Kazakh governments to prepare Technical Expert Conclusions necessary to obtain RTN and GGTN Permits to Use and perform various technical services such as: - Classification and inspection of onshore facilities and offshore platforms - Inspection of drilling rigs - Inspection of pipe and pipeline systems - Review of regulatory and design documentation - Statutory inspection
